How To Request a Change to an Event

Learn how a user can make a request to change their schedule

It's easy to request a change to an event you have already accepted or have been assigned to. Follow these steps to make a change request.

Step 1: Access the Event Details

Open up the "My Schedule" view and click on the event that you’d like to request a change for. You will be taken to the event details page which will include a "Request change" button.

Step 2: Select an Available Change Request

Once you click on the "Request change" button, you will be presented with a list of available options, which may include cancel, cover, or swap requests, depending on the configuration set for the specific event.

Step 3: Submit the Change Request

After selecting one of the available change request options, a confirmation window will appear with a brief description of the change you’ve requested. Select the “Request” button to finalize your change request.
